Small cuts, grazes, or scratches can quickly become a nuisance, especially on mobile body parts. It’s also where traditional plasters often fail to stay in place, become loose, or restrict your movement. To cover these kinds of wounds, Elastoplast Second Skin Protection Liquid Plaster Concentrate and Spray Plaster offer an innovative, more practical solution. Available as sprayable plaster or liquid plaster concentrate, these liquid plasters dry quickly upon application and form a water-resistant, invisible, and protective seal – all while staying put, even when you move.
How the Second Skin Protection Spray Plaster works
Liquid plasters such as Elastoplast Second Skin Protection Liquid Plaster Concentrate and Spray Plaster are colourless, liquid formulations that serve as invisible wound dressings – ideal for protecting small, superficial dry everyday wounds such as scratches, grazes, or cuts. They can be either sprayed or applied directly onto the cleaned, dry area. Upon applying, it quickly dries to form a flexible, water-resistant film to cover and protect the wound.
Elastoplast has developed two different liquid bandages for covering and protection of minor, superficial, dry everyday wounds:
Both dry quickly and form an invisible seal that adapts to the skin’s surface, giving 100% freedom of movement. There’s no need to apply a traditional dressing on top.
Elastoplast Second Skin Protection Spray Plaster and Liquid Plaster Concentrate are ideal for treating small, superficial dry wounds – especially on areas that are hard to reach or on moving body parts.
The Liquid Plaster Concentrate allows for precise application and is particularly suitable for small wounds like paper cuts and grazes, scratches, or skin cracks – e. g. on knuckles. The Spray Plaster is especially convenient to use and ideal for hard-to-reach areas. Acting like an invisible plaster, the flexible film blends naturally with the skin and is barely noticeable in daily life.
Both liquid plasters – the Liquid Plaster Concentrate and Spray Plaster – are also a smart choice if you need water-resistant protection. The protective film shields the wound against dirt and water while moving naturally with your skin – perfect for outdoor and sports activities or when you’re on the go.

Before applying any of the Elastoplast liquid bandages, make sure to stop the bleeding and thoroughly clean and dry the affected area. Use a wound cleansing product like Elastoplast Wound Spray to remove dirt and visible particles – this protects against infection to ensure undisturbed healing.
