TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ELASTOPLAST KIDS FIRST AID PROGRAMME

1. The Elastoplast Kids First Aid Programme (‘’The Promotion’’), is open to representatives of Primary Schools in the United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern  Ireland. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion are exempt from entry.

2. The programme learning resources (the “Learning Resources”) are designed for Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 students in the UK.

3. To sign up and participate in the Promotion, you must be a representative of a United Kingdom Primary School and be aged 18 years or over.

4. The Promotion is live from 1st of September 2025, and the closing date is 8th of December 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. The Promoter of this Promotion is Beiersdorf UK Ltd., Trinity Central, Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham B37 7ES, UK.

7. By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8. The Promotion is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and a school email is required to sign-up for the programme and download the digital learning resources.

9. The Promoter will supply the participants of the Promotion, with one free box of Elastoplast Kids Plasters per child that has completed the programme. The samples will range  from Elastoplast Marvel Kids Plasters, Elastoplast Frozen Kids Plasters or Elastoplast PAW Patrol Kids Plasters., samples provided will be selected at random ‘Subject to Availability’.

10.To receive the Elastoplast Kids Plasters samples, you must complete the sign-up form on https://www.elastoplast.co.uk/pages/first-aid-programme with the required information, download the resources, run the digital programme with your class, and finally confirm the accurate number of children educated using the programme completion form at the end (link to the form is available in the Learning Resources). The Promoter, will arrange a sample delivery of the Elastoplast Kids Plasters to the participating school(s). The samples will be sent to the participating school(s) within 30 working days, after the programme completion form submission.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. By submitting your information and entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, school name, number of children educated, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

17. The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
