TERMS AND CONDITIONS : WIN MIXED DOUBLES HYROX RACE TICKETS FOR BRIMINGHAM, UK.

The HYROX Social Media Doubles Competition Promotion (the Promotion) is open to all residents in England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.
The entry period is 04.08.2026 to 18.08.2026 23:59 BST (the Promotional Period). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Internet access, an email address and an open Instagram account is required.
To enter the Promotion, you must:
‘LIKE’ Competition announcement post (posted 04.08.2026 on @elastoplast); follow @elastoplast on Instagram; and have leave a comment underneath the Competition announcement post on Instagram @elastoplast (posted 04.08.2026).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
A winner will be selected randomly within 7 days of the closing date of the competition ("Draw Date"). There will be 1 winner selected.
The winner will receive the following prize: 1 HYROX Open Mixed Doubles Ticket at HYROX Birmingham, UK. Open mixed doubles includes 1 x Male & 1 x Female ticket. Prize also includes 2 x spectator tickets. More information about the race types can be found on the HYROX website here: https://hyroxuk.com/
Hyrox Birmingham takes place between 27.10.2026 and 01.11.2026,but are subject to change. The exact dates and timings of the race will be confirmed after the winner is drawn. Entrants must be free to take part during these dates. Beiersdorf cannot guarantee a race time at the time the competition has been posted. The prize does not include accommodation, travel, food, drink or any other associated costs. Winner is responsible for arranging and paying for any travel, accommodation and all other expenses.
Use of the tickets is subject to the HYROX’s T&Cs and HYROX event waiver .
The winner will be notified by direct message within 72 hours of the closing date and must provide a working email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize confirmation and prize logistics will be sent to the winner by email within 30 days of the closing of the Promotional Period. This includes a unique Hyrox code. If the winner does not register using the unique Hyrox code within 7 days of receiving the code, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Those who enter, must take part in the Race. Winners must complete their registration on the HYROX platform within 7 days of receiving the code. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or unsuccessful registration submitted by a winner. The Promoter accepts no liability for any requirements, restrictions, changes, cancellations, technical issues, or other matters imposed by Hyrox or the ticketing platform. Once the registration process has been completed, all further communication relating to the event will be managed directly by Hyrox.

By entering, the entrant agrees that they are physically fit and capable of completing a HYROX mixed doubles race. Beiersdorf is not responsible for any damages that incur on the HYROX racetrack, all that has been supplied is the tickets to entry.
The prize(s) for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The prize(s) is supplied by Beiersdorf. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter is the data controller for the Promotion. Personal data supplied during the Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at:https://www.elastoplast.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy .
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in line with applicable data‑retention requirements
The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (surnames and counties) for 28 of days after the date of the closing date of the Promotion. The information can be obtained by sending email to [Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com]. If an entrant objects to any or all of his or her surname or county being published or made available in this way in the event they are selected a winner, they can object to this disclosure by sending an email to [Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com] when entering the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still make their details available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. By submitting your information and entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
