1. The WIN A SELECTION OF ELASTOPLAST SECOND SKIN PLASTERS prize draw (the Promotion) is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion. 
2. No purchase is necessary. Internet access, an open Instagram account and a compatible browser are required.
3. To enter the Promotion, you must follow the specific instructions given online. To enter, you will need to follow @elastoplast on Instagram, like the competition post, tag a friend in the comments and you can also share the competition post to your story for an extra entry. If you win, this will involve providing your name, address and email address.

Only 1 winner will receive the Elastoplast prize:
2 x packs of Elastoplast Second skin spray plaster 
2 x packs of Elastoplast second skin liquid plaster

4. The closing date of the competition is 23:59 BST 2nd March 2026.  Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person. 
7. The winner will receive the prize specified in the promotional information.
8. The winner will be notified by Instagram messenger or private message with all details. The winner will need to reply to our message within 5 days with a UK postal address and name. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize(s) will be sent to the winner by post within 30 Days  of being notified of their win.
10. The prize(s) for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
11. The prize(s) is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
13. The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (surnames and counties) for 28 of days after the date of the closing date of the Promotion. The information can be obtained by sending email to [Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com] . If an entrant objects to any or all of his or her surname or county being published or made available in this way in the event they are selected a winner, they can object to this disclosure by sending an email to [Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com] when entering the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still make their details available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.  
14. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and the personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
